I took her outside right after and tried to soothe her. She was calmer when she realizes that we were outside but still had a whimper cry. I sang her ‘When You Told Me That You Love Me’ and she was calmer and finally stops crying. (I know it sounds cheesy, but really she loves that song). I kept talking and tried to make her smile, she didn’t. So I throw her in the air and making an airplane sound, her favorite game, and there’s a smile on her face again. I am so, sorry Sammy.

Ouchies
The Medical unit team came to Medan from Jakarta yesterday. They are here to give our family appropriate shots today. We are all have a couple, but poor Sam, she had 7 shots in the same day! The medical officer and her technician did the first 6 shots at the same times; 3 shots on both legs, the last shot was on her arm. Astutik (our nanny) holds Sam’s arm and I hold her both legs. I never heard her cry that hard since she was born. So we both cried. I really feel for her. She cried sadly until she can’t make any crying sound anymore. It really breaks my heart.

Poor little Sam! Doesn't that just break your heart when they look at you like "what just happened to me?" Necessary evil, but it still makes you feel so bad for the little babies!
I k n o w... :(
And we have to do a couple more in a month. Poor kid, she doesn't know what's coming.
Hug the girls for me!
