Shocking!!!

It feels like it's been forever since I wrote something good or about something that touched my soul. I actually considered giving up blogging a couple of times, but then some relative or friend would remind me that (even though they are not writing comments anymore!!!) they enjoyed my writing and find it entertaining or uplifting or something. (Or maybe my life makes theirs seem great by comparison :) )

So, here I am.

We have been playing hide and seek every time we need to get Sam dressed. Today though, Sam decided to stop wearing diaper. Full stop. She screamed "aduuuuuhhh" (ooooooouch!!!!!!! in bahasa) and "ga mau" (don't want to) like someone was breaking her arms.

I asked her every ten minutes if she needed to go to the bathroom and, so far, no accidents, but I fear we're going to have plenty of them in the future.

Don't get me wrong, I am thrilled that she's decided to potty train herself (I mean, come on, the kid has skills) , and I am forever grateful that I won't be shelling out a bunch of cash for pampers. But what am I going to do with boxes of diapers we have in stock, now???

Somewhere down the road someone will be getting an interesting Christmas gift...
