Early Birthday - June is the new September

My darling girl, you have a naughty mommy. I should blog about you more because everything about you is beautiful, cute, funny and absolutely thriving. You are a little chatterbox in both bahasa and English. You are still shy and coy around strangers or people you didn't see very often.

I was going to celebrate your brother's birthday on the exact date, but all his friends will be out of town for the summer holiday. So, I had to do his party a couple of weeks early so he can celebrate with his friends. At the same time, I couldn't resist celebrating yours, too, so we could invite your school friends as well. I made you a Princess cake. You are really into Princesses...

You get really good in telling what belongs to whom. Like your toys, every time Alec plays with one of your toys, you always remind him that it is yours and you give Alec his own toys to play with. It doesn't mean you don't share, though. You really good sharing . . . except when you aren't.

Sugarpie, you are acting like a pro at going to the bathroom by yourself since you're 2. But this year was quite a shocking, because you love to bring books or magazine while you're doing it. So different than your brother. He won't spent a nanosecond more than he has too. You love your school, going on field trips with your friends, cooking projects in class. . . You physically jump up and down, really, and yell "Maaammaaaaa!" when you see me after class. It actually makes me feel so happy and the luckiest Mom in the world.

You are very, very, very, energetic and have more energy your brother, Dad, and me combined. You can talk and talk and sing and sing in both languages. People love to tease you and be around you. You are a cuddly and snugly kid and I enjoy every minute I spend with you. You never let me work on my computer, though. Every time I turn my computer on, you immediately hop on my lap and ask to see videos or pictures of you.

These past three years have been crazily busy for your Mom and Dad. But it doesn't mean we forget about you. You are still our baby doll and we love you more than you can imagine. I still record every single thing that happens to you because you are too important to me. Someday, I will publish them so family and friends could see your progress as well.

My wish for you my shining star, that you continue to adapt so fluidly to the changes that will be thrown at you in life; in Taiwan, or elsewhere.

I love you very, very much darling babe.
Love,
Mom

After celebrating 4th of July twice, 4 farewell parties, Luau party at our house, packing her stuff into gazillion boxes, hosting garage sale, visiting Grandparents in Utah, visit San Diego and Idaho; Sam is finally in Taiwan.

Sam is a bit busy :)
